Welcome. I am Tim Powers, a real estate investor based in Alamo, California. I have been with WeBuyHouses.com since 2014. I buy investment properties in need of major repair in the East Bay and Contra Costa County, helping homeowners get out of difficult situations — including properties with bad tenants — by buying properties as-is. This site is the central place for my background, current focus, and how to reach me.
Selling a house that needs work?
If you own a house in the East Bay or Contra Costa County that needs major repair — or a difficult situation you'd like to be done with — I buy properties as-is. How it works • Reach me at Tpowers@webuyhouses.com.
